An effective 20 minute daily program for finding happiness from within
This is a very unique self-help DVD because of the relaxing visuals set in the Rocky Mountains. The host is very soothing and relaxing and his stretching and breathing exercises are very easy to follow. The personal advice given is also very nice. 20 minutes also seems like a good amount of time, not too much and not too little, and can be fit easily into my daily schedule. I've seen a big difference in my life: More happiness, energy, and confidence.
