Fantasy Island - Season 2

Well its about time!!
I could not believe my eyes when I saw this listed here on amazon! I had seriously given up hope that they would be releasing any more seasons of fantasy island. The first season was released years ago, but then there was no word of release dates for following season. This totally has made my night! I remember watching this show with my parents on saturday nights when I was a kid....it was a terrific show and I cannot wait to relive the memories in May when it's released. Very special thanks to Shout Factory for taking the initiative to release this season....hopefully the other seasons will soon follow as well!

The twentieth review: Fantasy Island.
I live in Central Germany very near the former "Iron Curtain" just North of Bavaria.
It is -- currently -- snowing horribly... Ah! to be on Fantasy Island!

When I was a kid, our Irish-American family was poor. We lived in an area [E.St.Louis,IL] where the local black folks, and we, got our clothes,
and -- yes Christmas toys -- at the local Goodwill and St. Vincent DePaul's second-hand stores. I can remember fixing hand-me-down/used TVs by
checking every single vacuum tube at the local Drug Store's TV and Radio-tube-tester. Maintenance! We bought a hell of a lot of 6AU6 tubes keep-
ing our old 12" & 19" black and white TVs runnin'.

Well, anyway, today, at the ripe old age of 63, it amazes me how things have progressed. I don't think I owned my own COLOR TV until the '80s...
because I spent some of the '60s, and MOST of the '70s and '80s in the military, and I didn't have much time to sit in front of a "boob-tube".

I'm catchin'...

A Must-have for fans of 70s TV
Well, it only took seven years, but thanks to SHOUT Factory we have the complete second season in pristine quality with uncut prints, a veritable who's who of guest stars and very clever menu designs.
Congratulations to SHOUT for bringing us the second season of this very popular series. We salute you and eagerly await further seasons from you!
