Inspirational if not particularly instructional
Vic Wooten is mind-blowing. He can do things with the bass that I couldn't even pull off a cheap imitation of. This video focuses on some of that amazingness through jam sessions with his brothers (who are all excellent musicians in their own right). The thing is, unless you are already a pretty great bass player, the "instructions" in the video equate to simply to something to aspire to. Vic has been playing bass since he was about 3 years old (and he's slightly older now).
If you want to see some great, old footage of the Wooten family jamming, this video is awesome.
If you're looking for a real instructional video, you might want to look elsewhere.
